  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Standard processing time is 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

*Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Tracking information may take 24 hours to update.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Abyur is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country of residence. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

  • If your tracking information shows delivered but you have not received the package, please contact the carrier first. If the issue is not resolved, email info@abyur.com within 5 days of the supposed delivery date.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • We are not responsible for shipments mis‑delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please double‑check your address before placing the order.
