  • Defective or damaged items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage to arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Digital products & gift cards: Sales of digital downloads, gift cards, and downloadable software are non‑refundable once accessed or delivered.

2. Non‑Refundable Situations

  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery

  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts not due to our error

  • Sale or clearance items marked “final sale”

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@abyur.com with your order number, reason for the return, and supporting photos (if applicable).

  2. Await our return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong product.

5. Exchanges
